If you think the Porsche Panamera still needs a little extra push then Mcchip has a tuning package for you.

That's German tuner Mcchip-dkr GmbH and they've manage to dial up the Porsche Panamera's standard power figures from 368kW and 700 Nm of torque to 405 kW and 775 Nm. As for the Panamera Sport Chrono variant, torque is increased to 845 Nm from the series' 770 Nm.

The chip tuning takes the Panamera's top speed up to 311 km/h, up only slightly from the production 303 km/h.

To round out the package, Mcchip also offers a set of 22-inch rims from Cargraphic fitted with Continental performance tires - 265/30 R22s at the front and 305/25 R22s for the rear.

Heffner Performance has released some new information about their latest tuner job. The Heffner Audi R8 Twin-Turbo may look like it "came from the factory," but the details from the car's Dyno Sheet shows a clear upgrade.

According to the engineers, the tuned R8 has a 135kW rear-wheel power gain over the stock model. The 394kW at the rear wheels rating is well over 50% higher than a factory-shipped R8. The tuner firm claims that with 100 octane fuel, this car may be able to realize 441kW at the rear wheels and a sub-11 second quarter-mile.

Although this is an exciting development for Audi fans, we would also like to know the horsepower rating at the flywheel. Engine dyno figures were not released.

The car also gets a new intercooler and factory-look custom intake manifold. Pictures of the Heffner Audi R8 Twin-Turbo are likely to be released as soon as the company paints and polishes the car.

Based in Sarasota, Florida, Heffner Performance has created performance and styling modifications for the Dodge Viper, Ford GT, and several Lamborghinis. The company also designs some custom packages to fit specific customer needs.
