Pre-owned Ferraris a secure deal

Running a supercar is always a hassle isn’t? Ferraris are no different.
After the initially infatuation wanes, your left with a sense of foreboding each and every time you turn that Manettino dial. Tyres, and especially drivetrain components, are plenty expensive.
Buying a second hand Ferrari, therefore, has always been a particularly reckless experience – especially if the previous owner circumvented important scheduled maintenance commitments. Fortunately, Ferrari has now announced a 24-month Power Warranty (what a name) for all approved Ferraris purchased through the company’s official dealer network.
Proper cover
The Power Warranty makes the Italian race- and road-car manufacturer to offer such a neat factory warranty on pre-owned vehicles.
After an exhaustive 190-point technical inspection, vetting of the car’s identity, true mileage and ownership history you can be pretty sure of buyer a pretty mint Ferrari via the Power Warranty programme.
The following Ferraris (all under eight years old) fall within the parameters of the Power Warranty programme - 360 Modena, 360 Spider, Challenge Stradale, F430, F430 Spider, 430 Scuderia, 550 Maranello, 550 Barchetta Pininfarina, 575M Maranello, Superamerica, 599 GTB Fiorano and 612 Scaglietti.
To really sweeten the deal Ferrari is even offering full roadside assistance (and it’s some of the most meticulous roadside assistance available anywhere) for the duration of the Power Warranty period. Oh, and you get a free subscription to the official Ferrari magazine too – way cool.

What made the situation even worse was that the driver was five times over the legal alcohol limit, said transport spokesperson Logan Maistry.
"Traffic officers arrested the driver of the minibus taxi, who was transporting learners from Mooi River to Estcourt, early this morning."
"The driver is currently detained at the SAPS in Mooi River," said Maistry.
He was expected to appear in court on Thursday.
Maistry said the children were so tightly crammed into the taxi they could not even move.
He said Transport Minister Sbu Ndebele had warned public transport operators that dedicated law enforcement operations specifically targeting public transport vehicles were being intensified.
